Is there a such thing as a portable television that you have to pay monthly or yearly.?

sort of like xm satellite radio only a tv?

1. I know they made a solar powered TV in 2000, they were scared of Y-2K, I don't think you can buy them at a store anymore so check ebay, amazon, ect.
