Are you ready for Digital Tv ?

I suppose most of us are ready for Digital tv because of cabel and Satellite feeds but are you prepared for the change from the analog to digital signal? I have cabel but i have one old black and white 12 in portable with rabbit ears on it. This tv will be missed when the cabel company has problems and no signal at all and it's not worth the cost to buy the converter box.
