Is My Customized Laptop Good?

To start, I have bought this laptop at the Black Friday sale. The website I bought it from was www.hp.com. It was only 580$ (tax included). It will arrive as soon as 2 weeks. All I want to know is these following question: Is the Graphics Card good? Is the Processor and the speed of the Processor good? Is the RAM good? Is the Hard Drive good? Should i have gotten a 320GB instead of the 250GB? Is the screen good? Is my operating system good? My battery life good? Does is play Television? I will only use this Laptop for basic needs. 1. Processor Duo Core is old. RAM is fine, Hard drive is good. Screen, I won't know until I see it. OS is good. Battery life is fine, should be 2 hours plus. It does not play TV, because there is no tv tuner. Graphics card is not good, it will play games on medium to low settings.
2. It's good for basic needs yes It has no dedicated video card though so you won't be able to do anything with really intensive graphics Don't get a pentium, those are pretty close to obsolete. Get an Intel Core 2 Duo that is over 2 Ghz Your screen is decent, resolution is better at 1440 x900 though if you can get it, and you can't hook it to the TV with no tuner card unless you got an external
