How can i connect my sky box to my portable tv upstairs in bedroom?

Can i connect two tv's to sat dish? Can i run a cable from Sky box to another tv? I want to be able to watch sky upstairs on bedroom tv but don't know how to do this!

1. Wireless sender, it couldn't be easier. Look in the Argos book, or a local electrical shop. You can have up to four TVs on one sender.
2. Easiest way is to invest in a set of AV senders you plug one into the TV downstairs (the transmitter) via a spare SCART socket ,and then the other (the receiver) into the upstairs TV via it`s SCART socket.That way whatever is showing downstairs can also be watched downstairs. Although what we did was cheat ,we used an aerial splitter to split signal into two from box output ,and then split again atv the second TV that way we have three TVs showing the output.However this is only practical with analogue not the newer digital boxes.
