How do i get my Toshiba portable tv to go to AV ?

My remote does not have an AV botton and I need to get it on AV to tune in my digi-box. Please help, there is no AV botton on the front either. I have already scanned down but it goes 58, 59. Not AV.

1. Have you tried using the channel buttons on the tv? From channel 1 scan down and see if it automatically goes to av, it may just show channel 59,58 and so on, but worth a go
2. do you have a button with a circle with an arrow going into it that's your av button
