Can you watch TV on a portable DVD player?

I have been looking for a handheld TV but I am not having much luck and I was wondering if it is possible to watch TV through a portabble DVD player. I wouldn't have any other use for a handheld TV other than watching the rugby world cup final on saturday but I have been thinking about getting a portable DVD for ages.

6. no i dont think that you can watch tv on your portable dvd player, try looking for a portable tv on ebay or something online
7. I don't think so as it doesn't have an Ariel, you can't on ours anyway.
8. I don't think you can just plug an aerial in and watch tv.....you can connect a sky box to it but i'm assuming you have a tv right next to your sky box.....we have portable dvd for camping...and you can plug games console into them.

12. No, it's not possible. You can hook it up to your TV but you wouldn't be able to take it places and watch TV.
