I purchased portable TV-DVD player from Japan and In India as PAL system is there and this is a With NCTC syI

Suggest me ITS a NTSC TV- DVD player with 10 inch screen (lcd). not possible for refund as i am in India and purchased from Tokyo airport shop through credit card. please suggest gadget.

1. Not quite sure from the trail-off of your question, but if you bought an NTSC TV from Japan for use in India which is PAL, then your only option is to return it for a refund. It's about like learning to speak Swahili to visit Norway.
