Can I play Xbox in the car? enough juice?

I have a power outlet adapter for the car so i can hook up stuff to it. I was wondering if it would take up too much energy from the car to play my Xbox and TV too. My Xbox 360 is hooked up to our Portable DVD player, and plays fine, but were just wondering if having both plugged in(and maybe even speakers..) would be too much? ~ Thanks The Car will be running if that makes a difference. I'm taking a long road trip and i'd like to be able to play if I could.

1. Just get a nice battery like a optima yellow top and you'll be ok. I bumped my system for 2 hours on the optima without the car on and it still started up no problem. Just be sure you get the yellow top not the redtop.
