How can you use portable TVs like you take on boats or in cars after 6/12/09?

1. yeah bummer they wont work anymore, but now they are selling digital ones, they should give a coupon for people with the portable ones too.
2. Just like any other TV, if they are not digital, they will require a converter box. Yes, they make battery powered converter boxes. You may just want to purchase a portable digital TV, though.
