does anyone know how to make this Portable Satellite TV for PC 04.2009 Titanium Edition work?

i have opened it thn it says error "could not find file 'C:\users\xray\AppData\local\TempData.mdb' can anyone help me solve this ty in advance:D

1. Sure, right after you make your question clear to us as what you are trying to do. Does your pc have a dish? Do you have a sat tuner on it? If you answer no to either of these questions, you aint got satellite TV on your computer! If you bought some foolish scam software claiming to give you sat tv, you got took! All they provide is pre recorded streaming video and poor quality at that. You want to watch tv on the net? Just about every TV network has streaming video and good quality movies and shows for free to begin with. All these sat tv sites do is to connect you to these already free sites.
