How parts would I need to refurbish a portable RCA analog color TV to make it digital?

I have a 7" Wide Letterbox RCA Portable Color TV with an analog VHS/UHS TV tuner. I want to find out what parts I would need to obtain and install to enable the portable TV's analog tuner to convert the digital signal that is received from the TV's antenna.

1. you can buy complete digital tuners from electronics shops whether you could get it to work with your tv is another matter
