Craigslist buyer returning question > PLEASE HELP>?!? thx :)?

so a while ago this guy traded his iphone 3g for my ps3. i told him it was working cuz it is, and offered im to try it out. but i told him he had to bring a portable tv on his car cuz you cant come in my house. but he said it was cool he believes me, so we traded. then a few hours later he says its not working and wants to trade it back. I knew my ps3 was workin but he told me it isnt. so basically i got my phone confiscated from school for a while and he thought i was ignoring him and didnt want to trade back. right when i got it back he textd me that he called his layer and hes filing all the work and the police and checking the documents. which i really dont believe because hireing a layer is going to be hundreds you are looking at . anyways he doesnt have my adress, he only have my phone number. i was going to trade it back but i just thought i will be getting a broken ps3 back. it wasnt even broken when i gave it to him. so basically do i have to give it back to him? what will happen if i decide not to? can he really sue me? yea

1. well if you emailed him save the messages i mean u offered him to see if it would work and he said he belived u i mean he probably broke it or he wants the phone back if i were u i would keep it he cant do shit i mean if it was working as soon as you traded it with him its his responsibility not your.
2. come on! its Cragislist you get stuff " AS IS ".. he should of tried it before he traded it. he probaly wants to return a broken ps3 that was already his.. Dont do it. If he " does sue " he has to prove that was the one you gave him.
3. the car is delivery the TV goods only.
