What would be a good portable tv to put in our storm shelter?

I am looking for a portable tv that will allow us to have a tv in the tornado shelter with us? Walmart has one listed for 95. Any ideas?

1. A TV in a storm shelter would be a good idea. You will probably need an outdoor antenna, though. I grew up in the Midwest and most storm shelters are underground so you won't get good (any) reception down there. Make sure you properly ground and put a lightning arrester on the antenna. Also, you may want to look into a small computer style UPS (Uninterpretable Power Supply) or battery backup to operate the TV if you lose power during the storm.
