Best portable TV that fits my needs?

I want a portable tv that i can watch whenever I want, whether im in a car or in my room. If it has a fee, monthly or yearly i would like to know that too. I would prefer for it to have the cw on it, abc family, and fox..... include a link to buy it as well =) thx.
