Is there a Portable DVD player that can also enable me to watch local television channel?I am confused.?

Ok i really need a good quality portable DVD player,but i have got some questions and i would appreciate it if you would help me by trying to answer some. Which brand would be the best? Is there a portable DVD player that also has inbuilt CD,VCD,MP3 or BLURAY? IS it possible to watch local or satellite TV on it? Do they have inbuilt games or can i plug in any game system to play on it? Plus what other things should i look for when buying one? Please help me and the best answer gets 10 POINTS!THANK YOU!

With Blu-ray, doubtful or very expensive, the rest is possible, check the specs. IS it possible to watch local or satellite TV on it? Only if it has a built-in TV tuner - rather hard to find. Do they have inbuilt games or can i plug in any game system to play on it? No games, they are DVD players Plus what other things should i look for when buying one? Battery life is usually the most important thing. Check also screen contrast - the higher the better. Please help me and the best answer gets 10 POINTS!THANK YOU!
